Knotty ClubThis fall, the Knotty Club will be working together crafting items for the SPSP Christmas Fair in November. We have some specific projects in mind and will supply everything you need. Please contact Lynda or Adora each week so we know how many kits we need to assemble for the craft each week. We're trying to come up with enough crafts to keep us busy until November so please share your ideas with Adora and Lynda. |

Annual Food Drive 2025Greetings all, we are looking for volunteers to help in this years Annual Food Drive on Saturday the 4th of October from 9 until noon. Some of you may be able to help. There will be a sign up sheet at the back of the Church this Sunday to sign up if you can. We always seem to have a great time visiting over coffee and muffins as we help empty cars loaded with food stuff. The tents and tables will again be set up for us. |

Diocese of Islands and Inlets in WhitehorseBishop Anna, Jenny, and nine members of the Diocese of Islands and Inlets are currently in Whitehorse to teach and participate in the Provincial School of Congregational Development. The Provincial School for Congregational Development is a collaborative initiative of the six dioceses in the Ecclesiastical Province of BC and the Yukon that supports lay and clergy leaders by offering training in congregational and organization development, while facilitating relationship-building amongst leaders throughout the Province. Members and clergy from St. Philip, Cedar, Church of the Advent, Colwood, and St. Mary, Nanoose Bay and St. Edmund, Parksville are among the participants in the school this year.
