DESCRIPTION:GOOD NEWS!!!\nThe Buccaneer Days organizers have advised us tha
 t -- because our Church  has been participating in Buccaneer Days festivi
 ties for 30-40 years without problems and that our goods are  "low risk" 
 --  they will permit us to sell our home baked goods at this year's event
  at the Archie Browing Centre on Saturday\, May 9th.\nIf you are intereste
 d and are able to make and donate baked goods\, we would really appreciate
  your contribution of cakes\, pies\, buns\, tarts\,  loaves\, muffins or 
 cookies. \nHowever\, it is important that we comply with the Island Healt
 h regulations regarding preparation and packaging of our baking as we have
  done in the past. \n"Low risk" foods are cakes\, cookies\, squares\, muf
 fins\, cupcakes\, fruit pies (baked)\, tarts\, breads\, chocolate\, fudge\
 , brownies. \n"High risk" foods NOT PERMITTED are:\n\nCheesecake\, pumpki
 n pies\nFrostings or fillings with cream cheese\, custards\, whipped cream
  or cheese and canned icings.\nGoods that require cooking \nGoods contain
 ing meat such as meat pies\, sausage rolls\n\nFoods must be packaged after
  they have been prepared to protect them from contamination during storage
 \, transportation and sale.\nLabel your goods with the product name and li
 st any ingredient ~such as nuts~ that would be useful information  to peo
 ple with allergies.  \nDeliver your baked goods to our Memorial Hall on M
 ay 8th between 10:00 am and 2:00 pm.\nThank you so much for your participa
